Before surface treatment, aluminum sulfate and sodium silicate are diluted into 10% working solution in the automatic chemical mixing system. In surface treatment, surface treatment agent and liquid alkali are added in batches to adjust pH flexibly. The adhesion rate of surface treatment agent after hydrolysis is generally 50%.
1. Aluminum sulfate, 45% liquid alkali is expected to be 33.33kg/t product according to actual operation experience. Alumina ≥ 17, the dosage is 110kg / T.
2. Sodium silicate, do not use liquid alkali. Among them, sodium oxide and silicon dioxide ≥ 40%, the dosage is 50kg / T.
3. For aluminum sulfate and sodium silicate, 45% liquid alkali is expected to be 36.5kg/t product according to actual operation experience.
In conclusion, aluminum sulfate can increase the adhesion of titanium dioxide by adjusting the pH value of surface treatment.
